SRF/m3u8 + ffmpeg: httpS Problem

Ich kriege keine m3u8 (vom SRF) runtergeladen. Abspielen mit VLC geht.

Ein typischer Programmaufruf ist (`<>` durch ` ` ersetzt, Pfad gequotet):
